IP-Anonymisation
 
On this website we use the function "Activation of the IP anonymization”. That means that your IP-address will be shortened by google if your country is a member state of the EU or another contracting party to the agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases the IP address is transferred to a google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the provider of this website google is going to use this information to evaluate the use of the website, to compile reports on the website acitivity and to provide other services in connection with the website use and internet use. The IP address which was transmitted by your browser in relation to google analytics will not be linked with other data from google.

SSL-Coding
 
For safety reasons and for the safeguarding of confidential information this website uses a SSL coding. In an encoded connection the address field of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://" and there is a lock icon in the browser line.
If the SSL feature is activated all data you have transferred to us cannot be read by any third party.

The processing of these data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, if your request is related to the execution of a contract or if it is necessary to carry out pre-contractual measures. In all other cases the processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective processing of the requests addressed to us (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f DSGVO) or on your agreement (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a DSGVO) if this has been requested.
The information you have entered into the contact form shall remain with us until you ask us to eradicate the data, revoke your consent to the archiving of data or if the purpose for which the information is being archived no longer exists (e.g. after we have concluded our response to your inquiry). This shall be without prejudice to any mandatory legal provisions – in particular retention periods.

The data sent by you to us via contact requests remain with us until you request us to delete, revoke your consent to the storage or the purpose for the data storage lapses (e.g. after completion of your request). Mandatory statutory provisions - in particular statutory retention periods - remain unaffected.
 
Publication of job ads / and online job ads

All personal information is treated with the utmost confidentiality within the company in accordance with the EU Data Protection Regulation. We use the personal data provided by you exclusively for processing your application.

If you have applied for a specific position and it is already filled, or if we also consider you suitable for a different position, we would be happy to forward your application to our company. Please inform us if you disagree with this procedure.

After completing the application process, your personal data will be deleted if not considered. This happens within 3 to 6 months.

We would like to point out that you have the right to obtain the correction of any inaccurate personal data or the deletion of personal data, if there is no there is no legal obligation to retain such data.
