25 years of experience

For 25 years, we have been calibrating a wide range of different measuring instruments for our customers every day. Our state-of-the-art calibration laboratory is managed in accordance with DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018 and has been accredited by the National Accreditation Office of the Federal Republic of Germany (DAkkS) since 2012. We calibrate regardless of the manufacturer and the calibration agents used can be traced back to national or international standards.

Competence at your side

At Thermo Sensor, your test equipment is in competent hands right from the start. Our experienced calibration team works on a variety of calibration stations with different calibration methods. We can perform calibrations from -196 °C to +1,600 °C for you. Our daily work includes calibrations of resistance thermometers and thermocouples in both comparison methods and fixed points. Calibration of reference normals at fixed points is not a great challenge either, thanks to our state-of-the-art laboratory. For your resistance thermometers, we can also offer you a characteristic curve determination or determination of individual coefficients according to ITS-90 or Callendar-van-Dusen. An individual temperature characteristic of your resistance thermometer is determined in a characteristic curve determination. This results in an improved measurement accuracy of your sensor in the calibrated temperature range. In addition to the calculated coefficients, you get individual resistance temperature tables with which you can determine the temperature from the measured resistance value at any time.

Modernly equipped calibration laboratory

Like our company, the laboratory has grown steadily and has a variety of state-of-the-art measuring instruments and means.
Numerous fixedpoint cells, such as mercury, H2O (water triple point), gallium, indium, tin, zinc and aluminum make our calibration laboratory a laboratory of the highest technical level. Block calibrators, calibration tube furnaces and liquid baths are also used.

All-round service for you

In addition to our calibration service, our qualified personnel can carry out leak tests on request. For this purpose, a leak detector with the smallest detectable leak rate of 10 -10 mbar l/s is used. On request, we will issue you with a certificate of the tightness of each sensor.
